By accessing and using BizCalcLab ("the Site"), operated at bizcalclab.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its Tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the calculations or content
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site

In no event shall BizCalcLab's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid BizCalcLab in the last six (6) months, or, if you have not made any payment to BizCalcLab, fifty United States dollars ($50.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizCalcLab, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by BizCalcLab. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not signify our endorsement of such websites or services.

Our Site may also display advertisements from third-party advertisers, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any products or services they may promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BizCalcLab regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and BizCalcLab relating to the Site.

14. Waiver

The failure of BizCalcLab to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by BizCalcLab.
